HTV, or heat transfer vinyl, is a polyurethane material that allows for single or multi colour designs to be applied to garments usinge either CADcut or digital print vinyls.
With the CADcut vinyl heat transfer process, our Graphtec plotter is used to cut out designs and letters in pieces of single coloured vinyl. A heat press is then used to transfer each vinyl color of the design onto the object being printed. With digital print heat transfer, the desired graphic is first digitally printed on our Roland BN-20 using solvent inks, once dry the transfer is applied by heat press.
